Ordering Options

Digital content is available for immediate download unless it is a pre-order. Physical items are shipped.
Pre-Orders Pre-ordered PDFs are not available for immediate download. You will receive an email with download instructions as soon as the standard is released.
How to get a quote
1. Add the desired items to your shopping cart.
2. Click Proceed to Checkout.
3. Supply your shipping/billing information.
4. In the Payment Method section, select Request Quote, and click Request Quote.
5. Once your quote has been submitted you may go to the My Account page and select My Orders.
6. Locate your quote number and click on the down arrow in the View Details column.

If you desire a more formal quote/proforma invoice, you may contact our Customer Care team with your quote number. We will then send it to you via email or mail.

Order Status You can check the order status under My Account.
1. Begin by logging in to your account.
2. Click the My Account button and select My Orders to check the status of your outstanding order(s).
