Building decarbonization strategies and technologies are required. In this seminar, outstanding methodologies applied in two office buildings and new technology for a non-chemical corrosion-prevention system are presented. Methodologies for office buildings include a special building frame to reduce skin load, combining a radiant panel and AHU for latent heat processing for tenant offices and a device to improve natural ventilation manually by office workers. The new technology featuring non-chemical corrosion-prevention system can extend the service life of facilities and plumbing and its effect when applied to district heating and cooling systems is presented.
