This is the final report and results of the testing and analysis of pressure loss coefficients for pipe reducers, expanders, regular ells or elbows, long radius ells, short radius ells, reducing ells, tees, and reducing tees. The overall objective of the study was to develop a data base and range of accurate pressure loss coefficients (K) for production and commercially available pipe fittings. The pipe fittings were tested in two classes; (i) two-inch threaded malleable iron, and (ii) four-inch wrought steel butt welded.
