IN MANY SMALLER INDUSTRIES AND JOB SHOPS, THIS DIRECT LINK IS NOT MADE DUE TO THE LACK OF FAMILIARITY WITH THE PROCEDURE OR POSSIBLE BUDGET CONSTRAINTS.
