The Health Safety Executive of the UK and Public Works and Government Services Canada have issued regulations for managing Legionella; in June 2015 ASHRAE published a standard for risk management of Legionella at the same time the American Industrial Hygiene Association released a guidance document for the recognition, evaluation and control of Legionella.
