The principal objective of this research project was to determine the similarities in C_D, values obtained by the damper test procedure and various forms of the continuous air test procedure. A secondary objective was to search for additional information as to the precision and repeatability of either test procedure on either an absolute or relative basis.

In general, the certified versus damper comparisons are a measure of inter-facility rating methodologies and the damper versus continuous air comparisons are a measure of test methodologies.
