NFPA 1401 includes the types of records, reports, and forms that can serve as basic information tools for effective training administration. It also provides recommended practices related to computerization of records and reports and the legal aspects of record keeping. Chapters describe the elements and types of training documents. • Analyze the suggested records and reports to determine the effectiveness of a training program in terms of time, staffing, and financing
• Develop specific training objectives and evaluate compliance with mandated training requirements
