This volume deals with advanced metallics, metal matrix and polymer-matrix composites and is divided into three chapters. The first chapter has six sections and deals with metals and metal matrix composites. The second chapter has four sections and deals with fibers, interphases and material forms. The third chapter has seven sections and deals with polymers and polymers-matrix composites. The contents of each chapter is described in the introductory section on that chapter.
