Discusses the principles of a CO₂ concentration-based system for ventilation control. Presents the mathematical representations for some cases that lend themselves to analytical solutions and also gives the equation forming the basis for a numerical solution of a more general case. Examines and simulates three control strategies for a typical occupancy profile during a working day.
