Full Description

Specifies limits of exposure of the human body to radiofrequency radiation intended to avoid biological effects hazardous to the body in the frequency range 100 kHz to 300 GHz. The Standard applies to the occupational exposure of radiation workers and the incidental exposure of the general public. It does not apply to the irradiation of patients for medical diagnosis or treatment nor does it establish requirements for induced charges on steel structures or the ignition of explosives or flammable gases.
