A method is described of forming meteorological data for a "standard year," which conforms to Chinese climatic characteristics, after analyzing theoretically the interrelation between the air-conditioning load and meteorological parameters. All these are used for drawing up "The Standard for Chinese Hotel Air-Conditioning Energy Consurnption."
