Radiant heating and cooling systems have been used on both residential and commercial projects to provide optimum IEQ while reducing energy consumption. The design and operational strategies of these systems varies depending on the application. This seminar explores the differences and commonalities of such approaches on three specific case study types: a single family residence, multi-family residences and a large-scale commercial building. Post-occupancy data and lessons learned are presented.
