This program presents the results of ASHRAE RP-1455, to develop and test "best of class" HVAC system control sequences for air systems, and an overview of ASHRAE GPC-36, a guideline to publish and maintain the best of class sequences and their corresponding functional performance tests. The goal is to define standardized high performance, optimized control sequences which meet or exceed the requirements of ASHRAE Standards 62.1, 90.1 and 55.1 and can be implemented by all of the major control manufacturers. This seminar is presented by members of the RP-1455 team and ASHRAE GPC-36 committee.
