Preface:

This is the third edition of CAN/CSA-C22.2 No. 60335-2-23, Household and similar electrical appliances — Safety — Part 2-23: Particular requirements for appliances for skin or hair care, which is an adoption, with Canadian deviations, of the identically titled IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) Standard 60335-2-23 (edition 5:2003 consolidated with Amendment 1:2008 and Amendment 2:2012).
