About This Item

Full Description

This test method covers the determination of total sulphur concentrations in diesel fuel and similar middle distillates such as kerosene and aviation jet fuel in the range from 0.010 to 0.500% by mass (100 to 5000 mg/kg), using energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.

The testing and evaluation of a product against this method may require the use of materials and/or equipment that could be hazardous. This document does not purport to address all of the safety aspects associated with its use.
