This slide presentation begins by outlining information on the Public Health Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2002. In particular, it provides information on vulnerability assessments and emergency response plans. The presentation then focuses on the City of Phoenix Water Services Department Emergency Response Plan, and discusses topics that include: purpose and scope; core plan; communications and notification procedures; types of emergencies; post emergency operations; training exercises; and, attachments.
