This documents applies to freight rolling stock. The document covers the design, construction and maintenance of rolling stock. Sections 2 to 7 (inclusive) of this document applies to the design and construction of new freight rolling stock. Section 7 of this document applies to the maintenance, modification and refurbishment of existing freight rolling stock.
