Requirements relating to manufacturing, storage, delivery, sampling, and physical and chemical properties are given. Appendices describe procedures for the determination of binder content and aggregate grading, stability and flow, maximum density, maximum theoretical density, bulk density and voids content of compacted asphalt, and moisture content, and also include a recommended form for the schedule of job requirements.
