About This Item

Full Description

Specifies requirements for immediate containers designated as being resistant to opening by children. Acceptance criteria in relation to resistance to children, acceptability by adults and seal integrity are given. Includes sequential procedures for panel testing using both adults and children, designed to allow conclusions to be reached with the fewest possible volunteers while retaining the possibilities associated with the use of full panels. The evaluation of a series of similar packages is outlined and a test for integrity of seal is described.
