English Description: These 3-A Accepted Practices shall pertain to the sanitary aspects of the equipment and filters used in the supplying of steam of culinary quality which comes in contact with milk or milk products or product contact surfaces. The system shall begin with the steam inlet of the entrainment separator and terminate at the steam inlet of the process equipment.

Spanish Description: Estas Practicas Aceptadas 3-A corresponderan a los aspectos sanitarios del equipo y filtros utilizados para el suministro de vapor de calidad culinaria que entra en contacto con la leche, productos lacteos o superficies en contacto con el producto. El sistema se iniciara a partir del punto de entrada del separador de arrastre y terminara en el punto de entrada de vapor en el equipo procesador.
