They do not pertain to (1) stationary bins, (2) bins (tanks) installed on automotive highway equipment, or (3) piping and appurtenances that are not attached to the bin.

Spanish Description: Estas normas cubren los aspectos de recipientes portatiles para almacenamiento, transportacion y manejo de leche en polvo y productos lacteos secos. Estos no corresponden a (1) recipientes estacionarios, (2) recipientes (tanques) instalados en equipo motriz de transportacion por carretera, o (3) tuberia y aditamentos que no esten fijados al recipiente.
