Return Policies

All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of invoice, and must be pre-approved by Techstreet.
Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Purchases of downloadable documents, CDs, Subscription services, database access, special order items, and age-dated materials are final and cannot be returned for refund or credit.
Any sealed products that have been opened or tampered with cannot be returned for refund or credit.
