How to Unlock/Move Your SPDF

If you find you are no longer able to access your SPDF file, you may unlock it to move it to your present computer.

Click on the My Account button in the top right of your screen, and select My Downloads.

If you are not already signed in to your Techstreet account, you will be prompted for your username and password.

Locate the desired order (by date or Order #), and click on the down arrow in the View Details column (if not already open). Then click on the Unlock link above the Download button.

Once your file has been unlocked, you may download a new copy.
