Fire protection authorities have worked together for the past three years to create the first fully integrated document for protecting lives in communities and jurisdictions nationwide. A joint venture between NFPA and the Western Fire Chiefs Association, the new NFPA 1: Uniform Fire Code incorporates provisions from both the Fire Prevention Code and the WFCA?s Uniform Fire Code, to create a document that serves every need:
