1.1

This Standard deals with new protective footwear and includes requirements for three grades of toe impact resistance as outlined in Clause 4.1.1, together with additional special requirements for footwear such as metatarsal protection, sole puncture protection, electric shock resistant sole protection, s tatic dissipative footwear, and sole flex testing.
