DOWMETAL FS and FS-1 are wrought magesium-base alloys that do not respond to age-hardening heat treatment for increased hardness and strength. They are general purpose extrusion alloys. DOWMETAL FS-1 is the controlled purity grade. Extrusions are supplied in both FS and FS-1. Sheet and plate are supplied in FS-1 only.
