Full Description

A) Update 5b spectrum masks in frequency bands up to 38 GHz. This will allow systems with software frequency tuning, and higher output power, without interfering with existing links. B) Add new design goal for 5a systems with respect to receiver sensitivity parameters for frequency bands 18-38GHz.
