This edition has been revised to remove any reference to relay supply hose and unlined hose as well as requiring hose manufactured prior to July 1987 to be removed from service.

The new 2013 NFPA 1962 has been reorganized into a more user-friendly edition by bringing requirements for like equipment into the same chapter.
