Provides a procedure for assessing the energy and systems performance of office buildings, bank and agency branches, hotels and mixed-use commercial/light industrial buildings. It describes a method for assessing the energy and building performance of particular building types. The method is implemented on two accompanying computer disks. The approach described improves the level of understanding of building and system performance and reduces the time required for assessment.
