24-48 hours. Techstreet coupons are sent from Techstreet.com. Amazon gift certificates are sent from Amazon.com. Please add these organizations to your list of
approved senders or check your spam folder if you do not receive your reward. If you ordered a flash drive, it will ship within 2 weeks.
Create an Account
- To start earning Techpoints (a.k.a. Points), simply check the box when you create an account or on your Account page. Start earning points with your first order! There is no enrollment fee, no annual subscription fee or other fees associated with this program. All you need is a valid email address.
- Enrolling in the Techpoints program serves as your agreement to receive periodic email notifications from Techstreet listing your Techpoints balance, new content offerings and special promotions.
- In order to earn Points during a purchase transaction, you must be logged into the Techstreet web site using a valid email address and make an online purchase. Offline purchases do not earn Techpoints. Logging into your account enables you to check your Point balance and redeem Points.
- Techpoints is a buyer rewards program. Therefore, all pending and earned Points will expire after 24 months if there is no purchase activity on your account. Orders that are returned or cancelled do not earn Points. We will notify you via email if there is no activity on your account prior to expiring your Points.
- If you choose to opt out of the Techpoints program, all Points that are pending and earned will be forfeited.
- Points are rewarded for online purchases only. Orders placed via phone, fax or email do not earn Points, but they will keep your account active.
- Points will be pending for 30 days after your order payment is received. Orders that are cancelled or returned will not earn Points. Points are not rewarded for tax or shipping.
- Techpoints information and redemption are not available by telephone.
- Any customs duties incurred by shipping merchandise from Amazon.com to destinations outside the U.S. are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Authorized Techstreet resellers are not eligible for Techpoints.
- Limit one Techpoints account per customer.
- You must be 18 years or older to redeem Points.
- Techstreet reserves the right to modify, restrict or change the Techpoints program at any time. This may include, but is not limited to, changing the number of points earned for a particular type of activity or the number of points needed to reach a particular reward level or to redeem a particular reward, or omitting or adding reward levels or categories, or changing the selection of rewards, or imposing, increasing or eliminating Point caps or program fees, or changing the conditions under which Points expire or are forfeited. We will notify you of material changes to the program terms and conditions and, unless you decide to terminate your program participation, you will be bound by the revised terms and conditions. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate the program, or your participation in the program, at any time without compensation to you.
