  1. Each individual that places an order totalling $150 or more (before shipping and handling) will be entered into the contest automatically. Individuals may place multiple orders and receive the appropriate number of multiple entries.
  2. Orders may be placed online or offline by phone, fax, or e-mail.
  3. No purchase necessary. To enter without making a purchase, send a postcard to: iPod Offer, c/o Techstreet, 3916 Ranchero Dr., Ann Arbor, MI 48108 USA. On the postcard, include: the date of mailing, your first and last name, company name, full shipping address, phone number and e-mail address.
  4. Winner will be chosen at random on August 4th, 2008. Winner will be contacted the following week. If we are unable to contact you by phone or e-mail within one week, your entry will be forfeited and another winner will be chosen.
  5. Winning entries must first pay any outstanding overdue payments to Techstreet.
  6. By accepting the winning entry, the winner explicitly grants his/her permission for Techstreet to post his/her name and company name on a list of previous winners.
